Our guarantee

We will accept any item purchased from us for a full refund less shipping costs providing that it it retrurned in the brand new condition in which it was supplied together with its original packaging providing that it is returned within fourteeen days.

In cases where we obtain specific components from manufacturers these may be non-returnable depending on the terms and conditions of the supplier.

Items are supplied with a warranty of twelve months.  This does not affect statutory rights.

Privacy

Unless you subscribe to a newsletter we will not contact you again, we will not pass your details to any other party.

We have no access to card details where purchases are made online using PayPal.  Where orders are placed by post, telephone or fax credit card details will be destroyed on completion of the transaction.

Delivery time
